Well I decided to start all my posts with 'well' cos the first 3 just happened to start that way. I managed to get down 19 dollars tonight and then I stopped to play the deepstack. First couple of hands I lost 500 chips to a donk. Shoulda called an all in I think but I didn't have rebuy money so played it safe. played next 40 minutes hitting feck all and folding almost everything. Then the oddest thing happened. was my BB blinds were at 60 by now so nothing major. 7 people limped in and let me see aflop with 92 off suit. Flop was 9s 5c 2s. I bet the pot which was around 500 chips, 4 people pushed all in behind me. I had around 2200 chips and dithered for a few seconds before calling. Couldn't believe the hands lol. A4s ,KK. and Q8s.... eek! I prayed for my hand to hold and suddenly I was at 11,000 chips and chip leader. next hour was boring hands and folding a lot till the FT. Found myself in a 3way all in with KK. hands turned over and I was up against AA and QQ. Flopped the King and went back into the lead. Won another huge hand with KK and knocked 2 more out. 4 players left and top 3 paid I was sitting pretty with chipstack of 4-1. Sat tight till I hit the money and really shoulda won it but it is St Pats day and I was slightly inebriated by now. Donked my stack and took 3rd place for $500 just in the nick of time. Poker is a wonderful game, despair one minute with $19 in your account and joy the next with a $500 win for a $20 stake. Rambled on enpough now. Will post again when I win or lose.... never know which way round it'll be.

Well I kinda had the daft idea it couldn't get worse...doh! Played a few tourneys with pretty much the last $100 on site and got donked outta them all. Down to $15 and I need 15k cps for the next pot of gold in the promo. WTF to do? I sat at two 6 seater .25/.50 limit tables for 4 hours and climbed back up to $40.... can I do this without redepositing? Well it's St Patricks day and with pure Irish blood running through my veins I feel optimistic. Ofcourse I can redeposit but that would be too easy.... bring on the challenge. Been saving a coupon for the $109 deepstack tourney and I reckon today is the day to play the fecker.... tune in for next installment he he.

Well like a fool I fell into the trap of a promotion on my favourite site. Earn 200,ooo cps and we'll 'give' you $2000! What could be easier thinks I. I'll just go play a little limit a few hours a day. Oh the arrogance of the seasoned NL player suddenly switching to limit and expecting to stay ahead.... ha ha ha . Frst few days I was up $400 playing 1/2 limit.... omg thinks I , why did nobody tell me that this game was so easy! Well a couple of days goes by with beat after beat after fishy beat and I'm back where I started but with 77k cps... not too shabby and only 123k to go lol. Of course then it happens ... I can't find any 1/2 limit tables to play on cos the sensible people already gave up on this promotion and went about their normal business. So I had to move down to .25/.50 tables which only give 3cps per flop... was like watching paint dry and I was losng money from playing 6 tables at once... but in 2 days I got up to around 85k cps and kept watching for a 1/2 table to open. Then I dd something particularly stupid. I realised I could play .50/1 NL for 5cps per hand and opened 4 tables to try and rack points.... table one... everyone raising and reraising so I sit and wait for a hand. AQ in the BB 1 caller. I raise to $10 he calls flop A4Q rainbow I check he bets $10 I reraise to $30 he calls. Turn is a nothing card but now 2 clubs on board, don't wanna see any kinda draw so I push all in for another $50, INSTACALL! Guy shows 93 clubs and you can guess the rest... doh! Table 2 been sitting for 30 minutes staying fairly static. KK in BB one guy raises to $5 rest of the table including SB folds. I puh it up to $25 and he calls. flop shows nothing so I bet another $25... he pushes all in, this time the INSTACALL is me.... he shows pocket 2's and it's all over for me on table 2. I could carry on but it's late and I'm playing a tourney that might just get me back on track. Update tomorrow. For those of you playing this promo... good luck you'll feckin need it lol. Oh and for all you seasoned limit players... I have no clue how you earn anything against 8 fish every table lmao. Props to you if you're a limit player cos it drove me bananas.

Well isn't this fun! I've never done this before so you'll have to bear with me. I'm a female poker playing loon from Manchester UK. All my friends seem to have blogs so I thought I'd try one on for size. I play most of my poker online at Poker.com which is where I first started playing. Biggest prize I've won so far is $1250 courtesy of a fantastic tournament set up by Wasscasino. this past week I won entry into a live tournament in Birmingham run by virgin poker and I'm buzzing about going. it's 2:55am right now so I'm gonna finish there and catch up tomorrow sometine with a little more about myself.
